# Can Seasonal Allergies Make You Tired Even Without a Stuffy Nose?

During pollen season I sometimes feel unusually tired, even when I don’t have much congestion or a runny nose. The fatigue tends to show up alongside itchy eyes and sneezing, but it’s hard to tell whether the symptoms are connected.
