# How Can a Small Team Tell Whether LinkedIn Employee Advocacy Brings in Qualified Leads?

We’re encouraging a few employees to share company posts on LinkedIn, but the engagement numbers don’t tell us whether the effort is reaching potential customers. How can a small team work out whether these **employee advocacy campaigns** are actually contributing to **qualified leads from LinkedIn**?

I’m especially interested in ways to track influence when someone sees a post, visits later, and converts through a different channel.
