# Why Do LinkedIn Company Posts Get Impressions but Little Employee Engagement?

Our company page posts are getting a steady number of impressions, but very few employees react, comment, or share them. The posts are relevant to our work, and employees say they see them only occasionally in their feeds.

Could this be a matter of feed distribution, or are we misunderstanding what LinkedIn counts as an impression? I’m also curious whether asking staff to engage changes anything meaningful, or just creates activity that doesn’t reach the intended audience. What have others seen with **LinkedIn company page reach**?
