# How Can UPSC Aspirants Use Newspaper Editorials Without Overloading Their Notes?

I often find a useful editorial while preparing for UPSC, then end up copying far more of it into my notes than I can revise later. At the same time, reducing everything to a few keywords can strip away the argument and examples.

How do you decide what deserves a place in your notes, especially when an editorial covers several issues at once? I’m interested in a practical way to connect editorials to the syllabus while keeping notes short enough to revisit.
