# Why Does My Tire-Pressure Warning Return After I Inflate the Tires?

I topped up all four tires to the pressure listed on the driver-side door sticker, but the warning light came back the next morning. The tires look fine, and the weather turned colder overnight.

Could a temperature change explain the warning, or does this point to a slow leak or a TPMS sensor problem? I’d also like to know whether the pressure should be checked when the tires are cold and if the system needs time—or a reset—to recognize the new readings.
