# Would You Trust an AI Symptom Checker With Sensitive Health Details?

I’ve noticed more people using AI chatbots to make sense of symptoms before deciding whether to book an appointment. The convenience is obvious, but health details are personal, and a confident-sounding answer can still be wrong.

Where do you draw the line between using an AI tool to organize questions for a clinician and relying on it for medical guidance? I’d also like to hear how you think about privacy when entering symptoms or medication details into a general-purpose chatbot.
