# How should an AI summarize a Supreme Court case that is still in progress?

When a case is still being heard, a summary can quickly become misleading: an interim direction may be mistaken for a final ruling, or the latest hearing may change what earlier reports seemed to suggest.

If I ask GPT, Gemini, or Claude for an update on an Indian Supreme Court case, what details should I expect the summary to distinguish—such as the order’s date, whether it is interim, and what questions the court has actually decided? I’d also like to hear how people keep an AI-generated case summary current as new orders come out.
