# How should I approach GA for banking exams versus SSC?

I’m planning to apply for both banking and SSC CGL next year, and I’m unsure whether the General Awareness section will demand the same preparation approach. Banking papers seem to emphasize economic news and RBI policies more heavily, while SSC appears to give equal weight to science and static GK. Is this perception accurate?

Should I maintain separate study plans, or is there a core GA syllabus that covers both? I don’t want to waste time on topics that rarely appear in one of the exams.
