- **Singapore**: Released the *Model AI Governance [Framework](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/12/dot-net-framework) for Agentic AI* in January 2026 via the [Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)](https://www.hungyichen.com/en/insights/ai-governance-regulatory-landscape-2026). This is the first framework targeting autonomous AI agents.
- **India**: Announced the *India AI Governance [Guidelines](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/245/software-requirements-and-guidelines-for-developing-android-application)* in February 2026 ahead of the India AI Impact Summit 2026. This techno-legal [structure](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/302153/structured-vs-unstructured-data-key-differences) introduced the AI Governance Group (AIGG) for institutional oversight.
