# How do I install the Fake PhonePe APK in Android?

## Step-by-step installation

## Prepare your device

Make sure you have enough free storage (at least 100–300 MB free).

If you use [Android](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/1672/android-internals) 8.0+ go to **Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Install unknown apps**, then select the browser or file [manager](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/310794/5-writing-tips-for-business-managers) you’ll use and enable**Allow from this source**.

On older Android versions enable **Settings → [Security](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/1671/wcf-security-in-dot-net-technology-using-c-sharp) → Unknown sources**.

Download the latest Fake PhonePe APK from the official [website](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/12445/5-ways-to-make-your-website-more-professional): **https://phonepeapk.app/**.

Use the device’s browser (Chrome or your trusted browser) and tap the APK download link. Wait for the download to finish.

## Install the APK

Open your **File Manager** (or the browser’s downloads list). Tap the downloaded Fake PhonePe APK file.
