The Bhakti saints played a meaningful role during the period of the Mughals to save the Hindu values and spiritual traditions. The Islamic rulers put forward that the Persian [language](https://www.mindstick.com/startup/28/preply-the-fast-growing-platform-transforming-language-learning) must be the main language of the courts and administrations. The Hindu [community](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/300789/common-mental-health-problems-faced-by-the-lgbtq-community) announced the bhakti movement, which kept the Hindu beliefs perfect among the common [people](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2295/more-people-need-to-monitor-this-crucial-metric-for-heart-health) through devotion, poetry, and music.

Other than the famous Royal Court, these rituals have been something that have kept the hinduism [culture](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/44200/5-ways-to-improve-the-company-culture) still vibrant. They always teach people in a way that they can learn in their own local [languages](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2191/the-ai-that-meta-promotes-can-translate-spoken-only-languages) namely, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, and Tamil, and rather than using Sanskrit or Persian. This helped the spiritual ideas become more understandable among common people. They also promoted the real though spirit of unity and peace, and dedication, which had even in political mutation made the Hindu sense more firm. During the Mughal period, Bhakti Saints namely, Tulsidas and Meerabai with their actions gained immense popularity among various sections of the Indians. Tulsidas, in his Ramcharitmanas, had composed in Hindi, and Meera’s songs spoke of her eternal adoration for Lord Krishna. Her intentions were clearly to influence belief and devotion among people, especially among women. The Bhakti saints stated that God could be accessed only through pure intent, prayer, and love rather than unwanted ritualism or caste, for that matter. Nothing would have pleased great saints like Kabir and Ravidas, who stood up [against](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2526/resolution-against-anti-satellite-tests-adopted-by-un-to-reduce-space-debris) [social](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/44257/the-impact-of-social-media-on-lawsuits) divisions while preaching that there was only one God, whether you chose to worship Him with a Hindu or a Muslim name. The bhakti movement was conveyed across India through various methods such as songs, gatherings, and stories. It provided Spiritual strength and people to hold on to their cultural roots. The Bhakti saints helped to [promote](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2338/elon-musk-claims-that-twitter-will-work-to-promote-citizen-journalism) much greater religious amity involving all religions. In every village, Hindu values are sustained by the Bhakti Saints in terms of devotion, kindness, and ethical living.
