Viewers today demand authenticity, relatable narratives, and diverse representation. Sadly, many films still adhere to tropes or glories that still don’t portray real social sentiments properly which makes them feel inapplicable to present times. The theatrical releases have also been affected by the rise of the digital streaming boom, thereby diverting audience attention away from them.
