# What if your laptop won't connect to Wi-Fi?

1. Check if wifi enabled on your laptop .

3. Make sure you enter the correct wifi [password](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/243/how-to-create-password-protected-report) .
4. Check if other [devices](https://www.mindstick.com/news/2581/android-and-google-nest-devices-can-now-communicate-with-matter) can [connect](https://www.mindstick.com/interview/369/what-is-jquery-connect) to the same wifi [network](https://www.mindstick.com/articles/342247/choosing-the-right-business-network-solution-for-growth).
5. Update your wifi [driver](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/303683/driver-s-rights-legal-consultation-on-traffic-stops-and-checkpoints-in-ontario) .
6. Forgot the wifi network on your laptop and reconnected.

8. Try to connecting to network on the different frequency brands.
