- Receipts that have been read are far more common than most people assume. With most major email services, you may request return/read receipts with any email you send. Some will even allow you to specify these receipts for each email you send.
- Go to Apps >> GSuite >> Settings for Gmail >> Advanced Settings, then click OK. Scroll down to the Email Read Receipts section for this cryptic option: 'Allow email read receipts to be delivered to all addresses in my organisation as well as the following email addresses.' Change the setting to 'on.'
