- Instagram Live allows you to keep that direct route open and communicate with your audience in a genuine way. More significantly, you will be able to receive real-time feedback and questions from your audience.
- To launch the Stories camera, tap the camera symbol in the top left corner of the stream or swipe right from anywhere in the feed.
- To begin your live video, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Live. Before you go live, press the wheel icon in the top-left corner to access controls that let you choose who can see your Instagram Live, who may reply, where it stores, and how it's shared.
- At the top of the screen, the number of viewers is displayed. Then, when you're ready, press the Live button.
- While everyone joins to witness your live broadcast, you can take a few moments to say welcome to your audience. At the bottom of the page, your audience's comments will show.
- Toggle the 'Hide offensive comments' change from off to on Under Instagram settings, scroll down to Privacy, select Comments, and then option the 'Hide offensive comments' toggle from off to on. To filter out comments that contain specific words or phrases, turn on the 'Manual filter' option and insert the words or phrases you want to exclude.
- Press End in the top right corner when you're finished, then tap to confirm. You may save it to your camera roll or share it to your stories by tapping the save icon in the top left corner. Your live video will be available for 24 hours on Instagram Stories.
