Windows 11 does not allow you to rearrange your taskbar as of October 2021. (or even resize it). However, using a Windows Registry hack, you can make the taskbar appear at the top of your screen while keeping it functional.
A center taskbar and Start menu are two of the major modifications made by Microsoft in Windows 11. Instead of being on the left side of the screen, it's now in the centre, right where your eyes naturally go and where MacOS users are accustomed to seeing their own icons.
Finally, dragging and moving the entire taskbar to the right, left, or top of the screen is presently not possible. In early versions of Windows 11, this option was deleted.
