Private sector bank has launched WhatsApp Banking facility recently:

  • Axis Bank, India's largest private sector bank, has recently launched WhatsApp Banking to answer customers' questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Customers will be able to access information about their account balance, recent transactions, credit card payments, and fixed and regular deposit details using this new service. It also allows them to get real-time answers to their questions.
  • All users in India can now use WhatsApp Payments with ICICI Bank, SBI, and HDFC. State Bank of India, HDFC, ICICI, and Axis Bank are among the banks that have partnered with the Facebook-owned messaging service.
