Steps to fix :
- Turn Off and On Your Device-The error could be caused by background activities on your computer. Try restarting your device, re-signing into your Microsoft account, and launching the app from scratch first.
- Microsoft Office should be uninstalled and reinstalled. If neither restarting your computer nor fixing your Office application solves your problem, try uninstalling Office and reinstalling it from scratch
- Remove Office from your computer. On its website, Microsoft provides an Uninstall Tool, which you may get a direct download link for here. To uninstall your Office programme, simply download the utility, launch it, and follow the on-screen instructions. Start your computer again. If you used Microsoft's Remove Tool, it will automatically reopen once you restart your computer to finish the uninstall. Reinstall Office in the third step. After you've completed the removal process, you'll be able to install Office again. You may either reinstall Office through your computer or utilise the Office offline installer if your internet connection is poor.
