Steps to fix Firefox browser:
- Start your computer again.
- Clear your cache and cookies.
- To access the menu panel, click the menu Button
- Select Clear Recent History from the History menu.
- Select Everything from the Time Range to Clear drop-down menu.
- Select both Cookies and Cache from the drop-down menu below. Make sure that none of the other items you want to keep are chosen. Click the OK button.
- In Troubleshoot Mode, restart Firefox.
- Reinstall Firefox if necessary.
- Restart Firefox.
- Make a new profile in Firefox.
