Steps to open An Image in a new tab:

• Select 'Preferences' from the 'Safari' menu in Safari.
• In the subsequent dialogue box, click the 'Appearance' icon.
• Select 'Display images when the page opens' from the drop-down menu.
• Right-click to reach the Context Menu and select 'Open Image in New Tab' if you've found a photo you like or want to take a closer look at.
