3. Delete and verify your Telegram account: You must input the code you received in the Telegram app on the page. Give a reason for deleting the Telegram account and then click Delete.
4. Create a new Telegram account: To use Telegram again, you'll need to create a new account.
5. Rejoining a Telegram group after being banned: You can now search for Telegram groups and rejoin them after being banned. To rejoin the group, please search or click the private link.
