- Go to the Start menu and then to Power.
- Restart or Update and Restart are the options.
- All open programs will be closed, any pending updates will be applied, and your computer will restart.

- Select Settings from the Start menu.
- Update and Security should be selected.
- On the left, pick Windows Update, then Check for Updates.
- When the system has finished checking for updates, it will download and install the most recent updates that are available.
- If the system prompts you to restart, please do so as soon as possible; otherwise, the update process will fail to complete.
