Steps to fix your AOL Account password not working with Outlook:
- Use your PC browser to access your AOL Mail account.
- Tap Options in the top-right corner (it's little).
- Select Account Security from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to Manage app passwords at the bottom of the page.
- From the drop-down option that appears, choose the app you're using on your other smartphone.
- To generate a random password, click Generate.
- AOL will produce a password of 16 letters.
- Log in to your mobile app by entering your username and the password provided.
