Steps to fix your  AOL Account password not working with Outlook:

• Use your PC browser to access your AOL Mail account.
• Tap Options in the top-right corner (it's little).
• Select Account Security from the drop-down menu.
• Scroll down to Manage app passwords at the bottom of the page.
• From the drop-down option that appears, choose the app you're using on your other smartphone.
• To generate a random password, click Generate.
• AOL will produce a password of 16 letters.
• Log in to your mobile app by entering your username and the password provided.
