- Add-ons that are problematic.
- Files that have been damaged.
- A profile that has been tampered with.
- There are issues with the navigation pane.
Make changes to your Outlook profile. Outlook profiles can become corrupted, resulting in a variety of issues, including the inability to launch Outlook.
- Choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings from the File menu.
- Select the Email option from the drop-down menu.
- To access the Repair wizard, select Repair (this option is not available for Outlook Exchange accounts).
- To finish the procedure and restart Outlook, follow the steps.
