Steps to update Windows 11 after a stable release on October 5, 2021:

• Go to Settings > Windows Update and select Check for updates to see if Windows 11 is ready for your device. If you want to proceed, download and install the upgrade if it is available for your device.
• Open the Download Windows 11 page and, under the Windows 11 Installation Assistant section, click the Download now button.
• Run the Windows 11 InstallationAssistant.exe file that you downloaded. When you click Accept and Install, your Windows 11 installation will be upgraded to Windows 11. During the download and installation, you should be able to use your computer.
