• Check to verify if you have enough space on your C drive or wherever Windows is placed to install Windows 11. If you don't have enough space, you can make more by reorganising your partitions, uninstalling some programmes, and eliminating your download folder.
• Then uninstall update KB5004300 and reset your computer.
• You should be able to close the Run programme without having to do anything further, and your Start menu should return to normal.
