1. Turn on your computer. When you get to the sign-in screen, press and hold the Shift key while selecting the Power button, then Restart.
2. Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup settings > Restart after your PC has restarted. You should see a number of options after your computer restarts. To enter Safe Mode with Networking, press 5 or F5.
If the problem remains, try repairing the startup.
1. Create Windows 10 installation media on a functional PC by going to the Microsoft software download website.
2. Restart your computer after inserting the installation disc you made.
3. Select Repair your computer from the Install Windows screen.
Select Troubleshoot from the Choose an option screen. After that, you can use Safe Mode. Select Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
