Clean boot will be able to assist you to evaluate whether a background program or game is interfering with your computer speed, which is why we recommend running a clean boot in Windows first.
Step 1: Go to Start and type MSConfig, then pick 'System Configuration' from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Click 'Disable all' under the 'Hide all Microsoft services' box on the Services tab.
Step 3: Select 'Open Task Manager' from the Startup menu.
Step 4: In Task Manager, go to the Startup tab and pick the things you want to disable.
Step 5: Exit Task Manager, click 'OK' on System Configuration's Startup tab, and restart the machine.
Step 6: Check to see if the blue screen error persists when the computer restarts. Then restart your game to see if the same error occurs.
