Reset or Refresh this PC- If nothing else seems to be working, you may want to consider resetting or refreshing your computer.
1. To return to the advanced settings, select 'Advanced options' once more.
When you see the 'Choose an option' window appear, select 'Troubleshoot.'
3. Now, select 'Resetthis PC' from the drop-down menu.
2. There will be two alternatives accessible to you here. These are the following:
a. Refresh your PC– Except for specific system files and settings, refreshing your PC will keep all of your files intact.
b. Reset your PC*– Reset refers to the process of returning your device to its original state.
Choose one of these alternatives and click it (we recommend that you restart your computer first). check. If that doesn’t work, there is no choice reset your computer).
3. Complete the process by following the on-screen instructions.
The starting problem will be resolved once it has been reset/refreshed
