Update the drivers for your network card.

It's possible that the problem is with the Network drivers. Update them and see if it makes a difference. There are two ways to update the Network Card Drivers:

Update for Windows:Go to Windows 10 Settings > Update and Security > Update and Security > Select View Additional Update from the drop-down menu. Check to see if there is a network driver update available. Install it if the answer is yes. Restart the computer to see if the problem persists.

Download from the manufacturer's website: Locate the network adaptor and check the Properties option in Device Manager (Win + X followed by the M key).

To find the driver version, go to the Drivers tab. Then go to the OEM website for Ethernet Adapters or Wifi Adaptors. Look in the driver's section to see if there is a new version released. If yes, create a restore point on your computer, and then install the driver.
