To make edits to PDF files:
  1. In Acrobat Reader, open a file.
  2. In the right pane, select the 'Edit PDF' tool.
  3. Use Acrobat editing tools:
  4. Using the Format list, you can add new text, edit existing text, and change fonts.
  5. Using the Objects list, you can add, change, move, or resize photos on the page.
  6. To make more changes to your PDF, use the other tools. You may also annotate PDFs and add a watermark to them.
  7. Save your revised PDF as follows:
  8. Click the 'Save' button after giving your file a name. That is all there is to it.
