Steps to fix Adobe PDF reader errors:
- Using the Windows key and the R key, open the Run command dialogue.
- Type Control Panel into the dialogue box and click OK.
- Select Apps and Features from the Control Panel, then Reader from the list of installed programmes.
- Uninstall Reader by clicking Uninstall and following the directions.
