  • Use a browser to access Gmail.-Open Gmail in a web browser and sign in just to the account you want to add. Be careful to log out of any other Gmail accounts you may have.
  • Navigate to the Allow Access page.-Navigate to Google's Allow Access page in the same web browser, and then select Continue.
  • Sign in with a different device.Re-add your Google account on the device you want to use. More information can be found in the next section.
  • You may be unable to create a Google Account for a variety of reasons. However, the most likely cause is that the servers that handle Google Accounts are now unavailable. Meanwhile, if the servers aren't down for maintenance, the problem could be caused by overcrowded servers or something similar.
  • From the list, locate and select Google Play Services. To reset the Play Service app, select Clear storage (or Clear data).
