• Check Your Internet Connection-When you're having difficulties using an app that requires the internet to work, you should check that your internet connection is working correctly. This could be the reason why your WhatsApp images are not downloading. Try using other apps on your phone and check if they can access the internet. • Examine the Storage on Your Device-If your photographs and videos aren't downloading on WhatsApp, try the second option. If you don't have enough space on your phone's internal or external storage, you won't be able to download files from WhatsApp or other apps.
