These are just a few of the well-known difficulties that can make using our Android phones a chore at times. While a faulty app, system problems, low storage, and other factors could all contribute to the problem, it's most likely due to a buggy app, system malfunctions, and other factors.

An app's cached data can sometimes cause it to malfunction, such as when it won't load, stops responding, or crashes. If this is the case, all you have to do is clear the cached data as shown below.
  • Turn on your phone. Settings
  • Select Apps & Notifications from the drop-down menu.
  • Tap See the full list of apps (Or any option available to view your apps list)
  • Now, from the list, choose the app that is affected. For example, Google, WhatsApp, or anything else.
  • Then there's Storage and Cache.
  • Finally, select 'Clear cache' from the drop-down menu. Don't start the 'Clear data' button for now

Close and restart the faulty app to determine whether it has stopped shutting down on its own. If it happens, you can reset the programme by pressing the 'Clear data' button. Please keep in mind that this will delete the app's data.
