Remove Web View
If you're running an older version of Android, Google released an update last year that included 'Web View' to the settings. This upgrade resulted in numerous app problems. By adjusting the web views settings, you can solve apps that aren't working. Simply go to the  Settings of your Android device and go to “Application Manager”. Now tap on Android System Webview and “Uninstall” it.
Web view can be uninstalled without affecting any of your primary app settings or data. It will only flush the view variables, which will be pulled from the app market again. This would solve the problem of Android apps crashing.

App should be uninstalled and reinstalled.
Another option to fix an app that isn't working is to remove and reinstall the program that is causing the issue. All data and variables linked with the app will be removed in this manner, and the app will be reinstalled. There's no need to fiddle with the settings. However, you run the risk of losing your app's progress or settings.
