    Case
    The incident related to this case happened on March 23, 1983at about 11 AM at village Chhigamma police station Gunnar. In which the accused were the ten-person who attacked the deceased Halke, who was sitting in the house of Khajju. He was attacked in the related previous enmity and also the huge injuries were done on the Bhai of the Ram. At the decision of the case, the justice Dr. Anand convicted the accused of the charges of culpable Homicide and passed an order of Punishment including the fine.
