The offences are defined in the Indian Penal Code are the ones that state the punishment for the committed offence. Especially for those who are included in the physical hurt, this is the first section in the code that provides the punishment for the likely caused situation as the situation of causing the death of any person. This section tells that whoever causes death by doing an act to cause death, or with causing such bodily injury that may be caused to death or with the intention and knowledge that the act which he is doing is dangerous, and the person dead by the act of the person then that person will have said to be committed that offence.

2- An act to cause such bodily injury as it is likely to cause death

3- An act with the knowledge that it was likely to cause death.

The incident related to this case happened on March 23, 1983at about 11 AM at village Chhigamma police station Gunnar. In which the accused were the ten-person who attacked the deceased Halke, who was sitting in the house of Khajju. He was attacked in the related previous enmity and also the huge injuries were done on the Bhai of the Ram. At the decision of the case, the justice Dr. Anand convicted the accused of the charges of culpable Homicide and passed an order of Punishment including the fine.
