India decided to go on space when he set up the Indian National Committee for space research (INCOSPAR). It decided to go on space and this was the starting of India to enjoy the ride of Indian space, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai at their helm, later on, it set up the Thumba Equatorial Rocket Launching Station (TERLS) in Thiruvananthapuram for upper atmospheric research. The Indian space research organization was superseded by the INCOSPAR. Vikram Sarabhai has identified the development nature of space science in the development of the country and he showed the path of success in the developing nation.
