Why did India decide against signing the RCEP trade deal?

Since On 4 November 2019, Indian Government decided to the against joining, the 16-nation Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) trade deal, saying it was not shying away from opening up to universal(world-wide) competition across sectors, yet it had made a strong case for an outcome which would be favorable to all countries and all sectors.

Why did India decide against signing the RCEP trade deal?
Sri Narendra Modi Ji(The Indian Prime Minister) in his speech at the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP) Summit said, "The present form of the RCEP agreement does not fully reflect the prime soul and the agreed guiding principles of RCEP. These are does not address to satisfactorily India's outstanding issues and concerns in such the situations also."
