The body constantly suffers attacks of bacteria and virus-carrying various types of diseases. These attacks can fail only when our body fort i.e. our immunity is strong. It is not difficult to strengthen this fort. Following are the ways to boost the immune system quickly.

Water

It is natural medicine. Consumption of plenty of pure water removes many toxic substances stored in the body and increases immunity. The water is either at a normal temperature or slightly lukewarm. Avoid fridge water intake. 

Juicy Fruit

Juicy fruits like oranges, seasonal etc. contain plenty of mineral salts and vitamin C. They play an important role in increasing immunity. If you want, eat whole fruits and if you want, take them out after juice. Yes, do not add sugar or salt to the juice. 

Spotted Fruit

Consumption of kerned fruits is beneficial in winter season. It is very beneficial to keep them soaked overnight and taken with morning tea or milk, half an hour before eating. 

Sprouted grains
Eat plenty of sprouted grains (such as moong, moth, gram, etc.) and soaked pulses. Sprouting of grains increases the capacity of the nutrients present in them. They are easy to digest, nutritious and delicious.
