Who won a Maiden Stuttgart Porsche Grand Prix 2019 title?

The World number 3 tennis player Kvitova beat ‘Estonia’ player Anett Kontaveit to win the title as her 2nd title of the year. She is a two time Wimbledon Champion. The Stuttgart Porsche Grand Prix 2019 title was organized at Stuttgart in Germany from April 22 to April 28 of 2019. The Prize money for the title winner was $886,077. She beat Estonian Anett Kontaveit with 6-3 7-6(2) points. Kvitova got the 6-0 lead in the tiebreak before finalising her victory of two points later.
Kvitova won the Sydney International in January before being beaten in the Australian Open final by Osaka later that month. She also lost to Belinda Bencic in the Dubai Championships in February. Estonian, who received a walkover into the final after top seed Naomi Osaka pulled out from their last four clashes due to injury, missed her chances and allowed Kvitova to come back. Her careers highest ranking was being the world No. 2 and was reached on October 31, 2011 and in June 10, 2019; she was ranked the world No. 5 by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Ranking. She was also the winner of Bronze Medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

In 2011, Kvitová won her careers first Grand Slam title at the Wimbledon Championship in which she defeated Maria Sharapova in the finals to seal her win. With this win she made the record of becoming the first player of either gender born in the 1990s and won a Grand Slam tournament title. Kvitová is the endorser of brand like Nike apparel and footwear. Currently she uses the Wilson Pro Staff 97 racquet and the similar version of racquet is also used by Roger Federer. Apart from this, her other sponsors include UniCredit Bank and a Czech postal service operator i.e. Česká pošta.
