Term China man is related to which sports?

The term"Chinaman" is related to the sport of Cricket. It refers to the unorthodox left-arm wrist spin bowling as opposed to traditional right-arm leg-spin bowling. The direction of turn is just like right-arm off-spin but there is a slightly more sharp turn.

Left-arm chinaman bowlers also bowl googlies just like the usual leg spinners but it turns from left to right of the pitch. The beginning of the term is questionable. One side identifies with a Test match played among England and the West Indies at Old Trafford in 1933. Ellis 'Puss' Achong, a player of Chinese origin, was a left-arm unorthodox spinner, playing for the West Indies. He had Walter Robins confused off an unexpected delivery that spun into the right-hander from outside the off stump.
