World Day for Water is observed on which date?

World Water Day is celebrated on 22 March. Its aim is to ensure the availability of clean and safe water in all developed countries of the world, as well as it focuses on the importance of water conservation. Held in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil in the year 1992.

The program organized by the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development took the initiative to celebrate World Water Day and in the year 193, the United Nations decided by its General Assembly to decide to celebrate this day as an annual event. The importance of water conservation in the middle was to tell the importance of clean potable water etc.
World Water Day was celebrated for the first time in 193 and the United Nations proposed it in its 'Agenda 21' in Rio de Janeiro in 1929.  It is the undisputed truth that all living beings have their origin in water. Scientists now prioritize first water exploration on planets other than Earth. Life will not survive without water. For this reason, most cultures have developed on the banks of the river's water… thus 'water is life' meaning meaningful. In the world, 99% of water corresponds to oceans, rivers, lakes, springs, etc. Only 1% or less is suitable for drinking water.
However, water-saving is the most important requirement today. The only water shortage is due to the unnecessary use of water. Due to the increasing population and consequently increasing industrialization, urban demand has increased and water consumption is increasing. You may wonder how much water a person uses in his lifetime, but does he try to save so much water? To meet an extraordinary need, the reservoir has deepened. As a result, the amount of salts in water is increased.
World Water Day is celebrated by the United Nations, including the member nations, to encourage the real activities of global water conservation. This campaign is particularly promoted every year by a unit of the United Nations agency, in which people are encouraged to listen and explain issues related to water, as well as the adjustment of international activities for World Water Day.

Right from the beginning of this program, the World Environment Day has all the responsibility of celebrating World Water Day, along with choosing the theme to spread the global message on World Water Day.
