To begin, perform a soft reset on the iPhone SE as follows:
1. Hold down the Power button for a few seconds until you see the Slide to Power Off option appear.
2. To totally turn off your gadget, drag the slider.
3. Wait 30 seconds before pressing the Power button for another 10 seconds.
4. When the Apple logo displays, release the Power button.
