  • Sign in to iCloud.com/find to locate your device. Alternatively, you can utilise the Find My app on another Apple device.
  • Find My was not switched on if your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch did not appear in the list of devices. Even if Find My was turned off, you can still secure your account.
  • Make sure you try the procedures above to recover your missing device—once you've done so, there's no going back.
  • Select the Devices tab in the Find My app.
  • Choose the device you want to wipe remotely.
  • Select Erase This Device from the drop-down menu.
  • Erase This [device] is the option.
