A factory reset is the best solution.

Before you restore your phone, make sure it's fully charged.

    • Make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes.
    • Back up your device via iTunes. Any extra content should be transferred and synced to your PC.
    • Activation Lock may be disabled by turning off Find My iPhone in Settings > iCloud on your device.
    • Getting your phone back to normal
    • Use the cord that comes with your iOS device to connect it to your computer.
    • When your iPhone shows in iTunes, choose it. Click Restore in the Summary panel.
    • To confirm that you wish to restore your device to factory settings and wipe all data and content, click Restore again. iTunes will restore your iOS device by downloading the iOS software package.
    • Your iOS device will restart after being reset to factory settings. You'll see the 'Slide to set up' welcome screen after that. Follow the iOS Setup Assistant's instructions. You can set up your device as new.
