When the usage time and the standby time are the same, you know there's an issue. Something must have caused your iPhone to keep running and going into sleep mode. One of your apps is probably malfunctioning and that your iPhone is running that app continuously.

To figure out which of your applications is causing all of these power issues, consider disabling or uninstalling and reinstalling the suspect apps one by one.
