Let's go on to the Exchange email account now. Exchange email accounts are commonly used for intra-company communications, and they may also be set up on your phone to receive messages that you get on your PC. When you get an Exchange account, it normally comes with precise instructions and settings, but your company's IT department will most likely set up your computer for you. For your phone, all you need are the settings and then follow these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, choose Settings.
  2. From the Settings panel, scroll down and hit Mail.
  3. If the Mail screen appears, tap Accounts to continue.
  4. Select Add Account from the drop-down menu.
  5. Choose Exchange from the list of alternatives (email providers).
  6. Please enter your work email address as well as your password.
  7. To continue, tap Next.
  8. Enter the server address in the Server area by tapping on it.
  9. Check and double-check that all field entries are correct.
  10. Next should be tapped. Note: If you don't know your work email account's Exchange server settings, contact your email provider or your company's email/network administrator for assistance.
  11. Select the sync settings you wish to activate with a tap.
  12. To finish the procedure, tap Save.
