Your iPhone includes a menu where you may view data and file crash logs. Referring to these logs can offer you an idea of which of your apps isn't working well or is crashing frequently. There's a good probability that certain rogue apps are causing your iPhone's processor to run at full speed. The programs that appeared more frequently in the diagnostics and data logs are most likely to blame.

On your iPhone 8 Plus, go to Settings-> Privacy-> Diagnostics and Usage-> Diagnostics and Data to view and access this menu.

On the following screen, you'll notice a slew of programs and data logs. Examine which apps appear more frequently, such as 10 to 20 times each day. If you see any app with the aforementioned frequency logs, that app is most likely to blame. you can try clearing disable or uninstall the app from your device completely.
