You may select to automatically configure your email account in the Mail app on your iOS device, if you are using an email provider like Yahoo, Google, or iCloud. You will need to enter your email address and password to do so. This is how it's done:

1. From the Home screen, select Settings.
2. Select Accounts & Passwords.
3. Select Add Account...
4. Select your chosen choice by tapping. iCloud, Exchange, Google, Yahoo, AOL, Outlook.com, and Other are among the email account types or email providers listed. Note: If your email provider is not shown, tap Other and then follow the onscreen instructions to manually add your account.
5. Enter your email address, password, and any other information required, then tap Next to proceed.
6. Allow Mail to validate your account.
7. If you like, you can sync other choices or information from your email account, such as Contacts or Calendars.
8. Once you’re done configuring your email account, tap Save.
